Job Description – Website Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an innovative and technically strong Website Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital platforms for SEWAS Infrastructure Ltd and its group companies (Mokshamaa & Raiwat entities). The role involves building responsive, secure, and scalable websites (including , , , etc.) that reflect the spiritual, cultural, and service-driven mission of the federation. This position is ideal for someone who can blend cutting-edge web technology with ethical communication inspired by Jain values.

Key Responsibilities

· Website Development & Maintenance:
- Build responsive, user-friendly websites for SEWAS and group entities.
- Integrate secure donation/payment gateways and membership portals.
- Ensure 24×7 uptime, backups, and robust cybersecurity protocols.

· Digital Platforms Integration:
- Develop and integrate SEWAS TV live streaming and event coverage.
- Launch district/state-level portals with individual member logins.
- Ensure seamless mobile and desktop compatibility.

· Content & Brand Alignment:
- Maintain consistency with SEWAS brand identity across platforms.
- Support digital campaigns, awards, and global recognition events.
- Work with creative/PR teams to publish news, blogs, and updates.

· Technical Innovation:
- Explore and implement modern features (chatbots, AI-driven dashboards, analytics).
- Optimize SEO, digital reach, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and hosting technologies.

· Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with IT, media, and creative teams.
- Provide technical support for events, campaigns, and live sessions.
- Ensure all platforms remain aligned with Jain cultural and ethical values.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree / Engineering in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· 2–4 years of proven experience in website development.

· Proficiency in PHP, WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL.

· Experience with hosting management, domain setup, and cloud services.

· Knowledge of SEO, CMS, and integration of payment/donation gateways.

· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Multilingual capability (Gujarati, Hindi, English) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
