QA Tester

Job Title: QA Tester (Web & Windows Applications – Manual & Automation)

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automated testing for web and Windows-based applications. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents for testability
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and desktop (Windows) applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, WinAppDriver, TestComplete, or similar
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across platforms
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman/Swagger
• Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla)
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure product quality
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and documentation
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities
• Participate in continuous integration/continuous testing (CI/CT) setup with DevOps pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual & automation)
• Experience testing web applications (cross-browser, responsive, UI/UX validation)
• Experience testing Windows desktop applications (WinForms/WPF)
• Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, TestNG, MSTest, etc.)
• Knowledge of WinAppDriver, Appium, or TestComplete for Windows app automation
• Good understanding of SQL for database validation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of API automation (RestAssured, SoapUI, Karate)
• Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in C#, Java, or Python

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
