As a Performance Marketer at Aromatan Brands, you will play a pivotal role in executing digital media buying strategies with a strong focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across multiple brands and markets, driving performance, and contributing to the growth of our global brand portfolio. - Digital Media Buying:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for multiple brands across diverse international markets.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI, focusing on metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, setup, execution, and reporting.
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Implement A/B testing to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Brand and Outcome Ownership:
- Take full ownership of campaign performance and brand outcomes, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Creative, Analytics) to support cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Multi-Country Campaign Execution:
- Execute and manage campaigns in a multi-country environment, understanding regional nuances, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Adapt digital marketing strategies to meet the needs of various markets while maintaining brand consistency across regions.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Meta platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and media buying.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media buying, particularly on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Expertise: Proven track record in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
- Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
