JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide dedicated matter support and assistance to breach review services
  • Review and code PII documents for breach review services
  • Identify useful PII (Personally identifiable information) in the documents, Log PII in review tool and communicate that information to review teams.
  • Ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately, on time and to the ultimate clients' satisfaction
  • Undertaking breach document review and understanding relevant concepts and processes
  • Ensure successful delivery of tasks/projects
  • Excellent English both written and spoken (this is a big requirement since they will be authoring client facing documents)
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned by a manager
  • Monitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking and specifications.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication
  • Any experience within breach document review or data entry
  • Provide analysis and reports regarding the project documents and data.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good typing speed


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Upto 2 years of working knowledge of Ms-Office tools with good data entry speed.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent English both written and spoken and good knowledge of MS office applications.
