Job description : We are a UK-based property management company known for delivering efficient and high-quality services within the real estate industry. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Non-Voice Agent to join our back-end administration team. He/she will be responsible for handling various administrative and support tasks that are critical to the day-to-day functioning of our property management operations. This is a non-voice, back-end role suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and has excellent written communication skills. Key Responsibilities : Draft and send Market Appraisal Letters Send Agency/Instruction Agreements via Docusign Share and manage client onboarding forms Support compliance-related tasks and documentation Prepare and send invoices using Xero accounting software Create professional property brochures Follow up on emails, payments, and signed documents Approve listings to go live on property portals Execute property mail-out campaigns Draft basic leases and ancillary documents using templates Assist with basic social media activities (posting/scheduling) Lead Generation including - Mail Out Campaigns, Canvassing, Site finding and client finding Managing WhatsApp Group Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Health Insurance Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
