Job Description – Client Servicing Executive (Simple Advertising Ideas)


Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Department: Client Servicing / Operations

Location: Villivakkam, Chennai

Work style: Full time at location (NO Work from home or hybrid)



Role Overview

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across client accounts. This role is focused on coordination, execution, and follow-ups to keep projects moving seamlessly between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.



Key Responsibilities

·        Act as the operational link between clients and agency teams, ensuring clarity of briefs and deliverables.

·        Coordinate and track project timelines, approvals, and progress across campaigns.

·        Manage documentation including job dockets, contact reports, and status trackers.

·        Support campaign execution by liaising with creative, design, and digital teams.

·        Prepare and maintain campaign schedules, project updates, and client reports.

·        Handle vendor coordination for production, print, digital, and event-related requirements.

·        Conduct quality checks before client delivery to ensure accuracy and adherence to briefs.

·        Assist senior client servicing managers in servicing key clients while independently handling smaller accounts.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field / MBA
  • 1–2 years of experience in an advertising / creative agency preferred (Freshers with strong organizational skills may be considered)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
