Project Head - Radhikapur and Ghogharpalli Coal Mine . This is a vital role that will be crucial in unlocking increased value and growth for the business.
Roles and ResponsibilityProject Manager will be responsible for all the activities related to respective coal mine.Plan, execute all the prestart up activities for commencement of Mine operation in time bound manner.Preparing budgets and project implementation strategy.Onboarding Business partner (MDO).Drive all statutory clearances, Land Acquisition, R&R to ensure total compliance.Advocacy and coordination with Government agencies and other stakeholders.Put in Place the mine organization and co-ordinate all activities along with HR for necessary recruitment.Determining and managing risks associated with the project.Ensure SHES (safety, health, environment, sustainability) for the project.Drive Digital way of working by adopting various ERP/ IOT measures/ software to improve production, productivity, information flow for quality decision-makingEnsure mine opening with best-in-class approach and ensure sustainable production with targeted coal quality.
Candidate Profile15+ years of relevant experienceB. Tech/ B.E. in Mining Engineering from premium institute like IIT or NIT. First class mines manager certificate (preferably coal) will be preferred.Have demonstrated leadership in mining approvals, commencement and mining operations.Strong understanding of statutory clearances and relevant Acts, regulations & Government guidelines.
