It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience. > >About the Role: To support in streamlining business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of government IT projects through effective stakeholder engagement and technical documentation. > >Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Detailed Project Reports (DPR). Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups using Figma or similar tools. Draft and review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other technical documentation. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with government standards and compliance requirements. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and government stakeholders. > >Required Qualifications & Experience: Strong experience in BRD, FRS, DPR, RFP documentation. Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working on government projects is mandatory . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks. BE/B.Tech or MBA or MCA, or M.Tech from a recognized institution. > >Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in documentation tools and business analysis frameworks. Familiarity with government procurement processes and e-Governance standards.
