Desired Profile :

We are seeking a Senior Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT applications and business analysis, preferably within the real estate or related industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing IT solutions, implementing business applications, and aligning technology strategies with business goals.Proficiency in understanding business requirements, process optimization, and stakeholder management is essential.The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of industry-specific technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive successful IT initiatives.

Job Description :Be the IT business partner for the abovementioned functional teams and engage with them continuously to understand and deliver on their business requirementsCreate an ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-be’ process and a business case which supports the automationCreate requirement documents (project charter, requirements specifications, functional design specifications) for use by the application development team/IT partnerInvite proposals from various vendors and actively participate in vendor/product evaluations and facilitate demos and POC presentations to management and end-usersWork with the Head of IT and CFO to shortlist the most appropriate IT partner/product/solution by doing a detailed assessment on relevant parametersOn-board the shortlisted IT partner and create a detailed

Project plan for delivery of the application/automation initiativeCreate a governance mechanism for reviewing progress on the project as per weekly/fortnightly/monthly cadence and take all feasible steps to resolve delivery bottlenecksCarry out detailed testing of the application internally within the IT team and then work with business teams to conduct exhaustive User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Operate like an overall Project Lead and ensure
