domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space
and strong technical skills for a challenging role in the
Banking & Financial Services Analytics
area.Responsibilities for this job include working with various clients to design, develop, and implement various Analytics and Data Science use cases. Skillsets needed are a mix of hands-on analytics and predictive model development/validation experience and the knowhow of the domain context in similar areas along with team leading and stakeholder management experience. The role might also come with a managerial responsibility to set and review tasks, perform QC, and to supervise mentor and coach analysts.As part of larger Financial Services practice, you may get to work on a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams across the BFS value chain. You will be engaging with clients and client partners to understand their business context, and work with a team of data scientists and engineers.
Location:Delhi-NCR/BLR/HYD/ChennaiExperience: 1 to 5 years
Job Responsibilities1) Working with various clients to design, develop, and implement various Analytics, Data Science and BI use cases2) Successful End-to-End hands-on execution of descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics across the Banking and Financial Services value chain2) Conduct detailed analytical work with a high level of accuracy to deliver high level results to senior management
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills1) Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics / Mathematics, or Risk Mandatory2) Strong Python and SQL Skills3) Exposure to the BFS Domain in at least anyone of Credit Risk & Strategy/ Fraud Risk & Strategy/Marketing Analytics/Customer Analytics4) Predictive Model development experience5) Direct client stakeholder management exposure6) Strong communication skillsDesired Experience1) Around 1-5 years of Work Experience in the mentioned domain in any product (Banking and Financial Services Industry - Indian and Global) or Consulting organization in this spaceDesirable Skills1) Hands on Experience in
Python is must2) Hands on Exposure to Cloud Services (AWS and Databricks preferable)3) Exposure to Generative AI Projects4) Exposure to Consumer Banking Analytics5) Exposure to Market Risk Methodologies6) Exposure to SAS is good to have7) Exposure to any Data visualization Tool (Power BI, Tableau)6) Exposure to regulatory models under the guidance of CECL, IFRS9 and CCAR
