Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.Implement and enforce efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the warehouse team. Inventory Control: Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels.Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories as needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Implement and monitor safety procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse employees. Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.Coordinate with relevant teams to address facility maintenance needs promptly. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to streamline overall supply chain processes.Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and other external partners. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Cost Management: Monitor and control warehouse operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising efficiency.
