Performance Marketing Associate (Experience: 2-5 years)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Preference to Immediate Joiners

Job Responsibilities:Manage and execute campaigns across different productsJuggle multiple roles in market research, analytics, media planning, brand management, advertising, business development, and performance marketingDrive acquisition, awareness, and engagement across all channels with a focus on conversions, LTV, and repeat usage. A fine balance of right and left brainExecute performance marketing campaigns and experiment with out-of-the-box thinkingCollaborate closely with design, content, acquisition, product, marketing, data, tech and other teamsTrack, measure, and change campaigns based on performance to optimize ROIBe an idea machine, problem solver, with quick execution, and a knack for experimentation

Job Requirements:2+ years of

product marketing/ core marketing experience

with a proven track record of high user retentionExpertise in CPAAS tools like Mo-Engage, CleverTap, Web-engage, etc

. and a strong understanding of marketing conceptsEfficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and think creativelyAbility to think conceptually and turn that into growth experimentsProficiency with analytics tools and a strong analytical mindset to understand user behaviourHigh energy, ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environmentA sharp

bias for execution

and excellent

attention to detailPassion and

strong sense of ownership

to align with business goalsAbility to identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with growth approachesStrong command of the English language and understanding of media and working relationshipsPlan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns

channels such as Push, In-App, Email, SMS, and WhatsAppMonitor & measure

the success of campaigns and maintain regular measurement of ROIUse customer and market research, user feedback, usage, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign enhancementsCollaborate with Analytics, Content, and Design teams to drive campaign successCreate user segmentation and cohorts based on surrogates, events, and attributesTest and optimize campaigns

for efficiency and customer experienceLeverage owned media cost-effectively to meet business targetsConduct pilot studies and optimize efforts, inputs for best resultsBe

proficient in MS Excel

(v-lookups, pivot tables, deduping, basic data analysis)
