Role: Product Strategy – Growth Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2 C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments ● Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement. ● Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance ● Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies ● Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas. ● Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master’s from a top-tier institution preferred Experience: 4–6 years total experience. At least 2 years in B2 C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort) Tools & Skills: ● Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling ● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)● Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis ● Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs ● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
