The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards for various digital analytics initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with GA4 and Firebase, and proficiency in SQL for data validation and transformation.Responsibilities:---------------------------Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and KPI visualizations.Work with GA4, Firebase, MS Clarity, and Hotjar datasets to derive meaningful insights.Perform SQL-based data validation and cleansing.Collaborate with the data engineering team for data model enhancement.Analyze user journey and engagement metrics across web and mobile applications.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, IT, operations) to define reporting goals.Prepare documentation, process flow, and data dictionaries for dashboard logic.Top 4 Mandatory Skills:----------------------------Tableau (advanced dashboard design and KPI creation)GA4 and Firebase analytics experienceSQL proficiencyUnderstanding of web/app journey analyticsGood to Have Skills:---------------------------Knowledge of Power BI and DAXFamiliarity with MS Clarity and HotjarGCP, BigQueryExposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Utilities domainExperience working with REST APIs or JSON-based analytics data
