We are looking for a
Creative Head
to join our core team in
Rourkela
. This is an
on-site role
, and the candidate must either be based in Rourkela or willing to relocate here.


Role Overview:
As the Creative Head, you will be at the heart of our company's creative vision and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the creative team.
  • Taking ownership of projects with strong decision-making capability.
  • Bringing innovative ideas that align with our jewellery & lifestyle/film industry background.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration between design, marketing, and production teams.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in
    team management
    and
    leadership.
  • Strong
    decision-making
    and
    problem-solving
    skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Background in
    jewellery design/branding
    or
    film-making/creative direction
    is highly preferred.
  • Minimum qualifications: Graduate (specialization in design, fashion, media, or related fields will be a plus).


Location:
Rourkela
(On-site, daily office presence required)
