Full-Time Remote Role Preferred working hours: 5 PM to 1 AM IST** We are a fast growing digital marketing agency working with a range of US based and global brands. We are looking for a senior level graphic designer who understands not just design but also marketing psychology, audience behavior, and what makes people stop scrolling. We value quality over quantity. We want someone who thinks, researches, and brings creative strategy into every visual they produce. If you have agency experience, great. If you have worked with performance focused brands, even better. You will receive the copy and the brand guidelines or previous assets. Everything else, from research to concept to execution, will be your playground. We want someone who owns the creative process, not someone who waits to be told what to do. After some months, you will be free to choose your own working hours. We care about high quality work delivered consistently, not about time watching. What you will be doing - Designing high quality social media ads for Facebook and Instagram - Designing email templates and landing page graphics - Researching competitors and trends to understand what converts - Creating visuals that feel premium, modern, and performance driven - Working with our team during the preferred shift for quick feedback - Delivering creatives that require minimal revisions What we expect - Senior level design ability - Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma - Ability to design for direct response and performance marketing - Past experience in agencies or with established brands is preferred - Ability to work independently and take full creative ownership - Strong grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and color - Passion for staying updated with design trends and social media culture What we offer - Very competitive pay - Consistent long-term work - Creative freedom - A work culture where everyone is respected and trusted - A team that moves fast and rewards strong performers If you enjoy creating visuals that convert and love working with a team that actually values good design, we would love to hear from you.
