About the Department / Vertical/ Section
CX is responsible for end to end customer experience globally at TVS Motor Company.
It includes squad teams managing CX and UX Design, CX D2C Product Platforms covering all customer touchpoints, web, apps, Conv Ai, metaverse. CX Enabler Platforms like marketing automation, social analytics platforms, content DAM, contact center tech. Customer Delight Operations including campaigns, CX Analytics and Data Science operations across the organization.
Delivering mobile first, globally scalable customer experiences, strategy and platforms is our mandate. We enable trams across the organization for business growth and experience measurement.
Purpose of the role
User Experience design strategy across CX Platforms in the organization. Establishing, Enabling execution and Governance of design principles across customer digital touchpoints.
Be an integral part of an in house center of excellence creating best in class design inhouse and with a partner ecosystem of design firms.
Role Description
Creating industry leading design language in line with global experience trends.
Delivering best in class UX / UI across TVS customer touchpoints.

Design Strategy and Execution:
Deliver compelling user experiences and visually stunning user interfaces that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
User-Centered Design:
Advocate for and apply a user-centric approach, backed by user insights, usability testing, and best practices.
Experience in collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and align design solutions with project goals.
Design Standards and Quality Assurance:
Ability to review design work regularly to ensure high-quality output and adherence to design guidelines.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams
- Good understanding of usability concepts and creating Information Architecture across multiple platforms while collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience creating User Interface designs referencing the latest platform innovations and technology advancements
- Strong conceptualization skills, understanding of client briefs, and actively contributing to the brainstorming and ideation process
- Hands on experience in Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design
- Worked on Storyboarding, out-of-the-box creative concepts
- Provide creative direction to designers
- Experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, responsive websites/applications
- Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Illustrator, Axure, and equivalent tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
- Experience in making senior client presentations, presenting the concepts to clients, discussing feedback
- Strong team communication and management skills to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives
- Contribute own ideas for projects and guidelines
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, copy and web, and mobile best practices/guidelines
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated some experience in leading, mentoring, and supporting other UX and UI designers.

Education Qualification –
Bachelors or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field./ Design Schools
