Job Description :
- Good understanding of the following Oracle Utilities Application Technical Framework working with Groovy, Batch programs, Algorithms, Change Handlers, Business Services etc.
- Working knowledge including data model for functional modules such as Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Financial Transactions, General Ledger etc.
- Will be primarily responsible for the Implementation of one of the Oracle products ORMB, CC&B, C2M within the framework guidelines and interacting with onsite teams/business users/IT teams.
- Knows OUAF technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
- Have done at least 1 full cycle implementation project in either ORMB, CC&B or any other OUAF products.
- Experience on complex 4 GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA scripts, Plugin Scripts), Config tools, UI Maps, Zones.
- Integration with various systems by using XAI/ IWS (Inbound Web Service), File transfers, REST/XML
- Experience in writing complex SQLs in ORMB/CCB data model.

1. Oracle Utilities Product Implementation :
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Utilities products (ORMB, CC&B, C2M) following project guidelines and framework standards.
- Manage full-cycle implementation, from requirement analysis to deployment, including testing and post-go-live support.
2. Customization and Development :
- Develop, customize, and optimize batch programs, algorithms, and business services using Groovy and 4GL scripting languages (Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Plugin Scripts).
- Configure UI Maps, Zones, and change handlers to meet business needs.
- Work with complex SQL queries and database management for ORMB/CC&B environments.
3. Functional Module Management :
- Implement and manage functional modules like Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Financial Transactions, and General Ledger.
- Ensure accurate data modeling for these modules within the OUAF framework.
4. Integration and System Connectivity :
- Develop and implement integrations with external systems using XAI/IWS (Inbound Web Services), file transfers, REST/XML.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure proper system connectivity and data exchange across platforms.
5. Technical Architecture :
- Apply knowledge of OUAF technical architecture, working with Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
- Ensure alignment with OUAF architecture and framework methods.
6. Project Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Act as the technical lead for project execution, ensuring timely delivery of all technical components.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Support and Troubleshooting :
- Provide troubleshooting and support for Oracle Utilities systems, resolving any technical issues that arise during or after implementation.
- Ensure post-implementation support and system maintenance as needed.
8. Enhancements and Upgrades :
- Identify system improvement opportunities and lead efforts to upgrade or enhance Oracle Utilities applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure customizations align with business goals and adhere to best practices.
9. Customer Engagement and Communication :
- Engage with customers to provide technical expertise, support presentations, and manage expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
