Job DescriptionTo impart training to the students at DBM Centers in respective courses with the aim of empowering them by providing them the best training to excel in academics and in life.To plan and develop course curriculum and content, keeping the education requirements and student’s level of learning in mind.

ResponsibilitiesCourse DeliveryPrepare academic calendar (weekly and monthly) to ensure completion of desired learning objectivesUse latest technologies for efficient delivery of course to studentsDevelop assignments, tests, mock exams, practicals etc along with grading systemDevelop project assignments for students for cementing their understanding further on the courseComplete courses as per schedule.Should be able to train students for competitive exams, Classes 11th and 12th

Hands-on TrainingUse creative techniques to present lessons in comprehensive and impactful manner to facilitate learningProvide individualized instructions, feedback and track progress of every student to promote interactive learningCollaborate with other teachers, Project Coordinator and parents in the best interest of the students.

Course Content QualityUpdating and refining the curriculum and on the basis of the feedback/learning from the studentsConstantly update the content medium (ppt, video, models, whiteboard, physical world etc)Strong content knowledge

Personal DevelopmentMotivate students to help them overcome their fear and shortcomingsBe a role model by displaying best professionalism in teachingEncourage students to ask more questions and think on problemsEncourage students to speak in English languageEligibilityExpected Education Qualification - Bachelor Degree holder preferable. Proficient in English

Past Work ExperienceAt least 2 year of experience as a Trainer in the respective Academics Sector.Past experience of working in a NGO set up will be a plus point.

Skills & AbilitiesEfficient communication skills and the ability to reach out to the students and Parents.Ability to teach students in multiple languages like English & HindiCapable of explaining concepts in the most simple form using multimedia and other creative toolsAbility to work in a team and take instructions from superiors.Good attitude to learn and adapt new things at workWorking ConditionsPart Time/ Full Time Opportunities availableShould be flexible to attend in-person and remote work meetings as required by team
