Urgent opening for the profile of Accounts Manager at location Thane Wagale estate.
Experience: min 10 years ( Must have experience in manufacturing industry)
Qualification: B.Com + Inter CA / M.Com (CA Final preferred but not compulsory)
JOB PROFILE:
* Assist in preparing financial statements, P&L analysis, and Balance Sheet reviews.
* Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting, financial dashboards and variance analysis.
* Support in budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives.
* Prepare cash flow statements and fund management reports.
* Essure accurate and timely Accounting, General Journal reconciliations and GL Scrutiny.
* Oversee statutory compliance (GST,TDS, Income Tax and other applicable regulation).
* POC for statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing & GST audits including coordination with external
* auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
* Analysis and response to IT/GST notices.
* Analyze financial performance to provide insights for decision-making.
* Drive financial process improvements and automation initiatives.
* Implement ERP enhancements and financial system upgraders.
* Standardize reporting and compliance frameworks for efficiency
