Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies toincrease brand awareness drive engagement and generateleads.2. Create andcurate engaging content including original text images videos andHTML for distribution across social mediachannels.3. Manageall aspects of social media content production fromconceptualization and creation to scheduling andpublishing.4.Monitor social media channels for trends insights and conversationsrelevant to our industry andbrand.5. Foster andnurture relationships with our online community responding tocomments messages and inquiries in a timely and professionalmanner.6.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment ofsocial media initiatives with overall marketingobjectives.7.Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure theeffectiveness of campaigns and identify areas forimprovement.8.Provide short and longterm market forecasts and reports bydirecting market research collection analysis and interpretation ofmarket data.9. Stayabreast of emerging trends and best practices in social mediamarketing recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance ourpresence andengagement.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.2. Provenexperience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio ofsuccessful campaigns andinitiatives.3.Expertise in major social media platforms including but not limitedto Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn andYouTube.4.Proficiency in content creation and editing tools including but notlimited to Adobe Creative Suite orCanva.5. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailand grammar.6.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data andextract actionableinsights.7.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging withaudiences online.8.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment managing multiple projectssimultaneously.9.Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite orBufferpreferred.10.Experience in market research and analysis is aplus.
