Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and increase brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, that showcases our products and brand identity.
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote new product launches, special offers, and events.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the jewelry and fashion industry along with real estate to expand our reach and enhance our brand credibility.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform social media strategies and content development.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage online communities and forums related to the jewelry industry, providing valuable insights and fostering positive interactions with customers and enthusiasts.
Monitor online conversations and reviews about our brand, addressing any negative feedback or complaints to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the jewelry or fashion or real estate industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
