Job Description:

As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the overall revenue growth and brand visibility of ETV Bharat. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities, develop and execute strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute effective digital and non-digital branding and marketing campaigns to establish and reinforce brand awareness and reputation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify untapped opportunities and trends.
  • Product Inputs: Provide appropriate inputs to the product teams to develop and launch new products or services that align with the evolving market needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyse data to identify areas for interventions and improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the digital news sector or in any digital publishing space .
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
