Job Title: SAP Data Quality & Master Data Specialist (MRO/MDO/ContentManagement)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced(4Y+) SAP Data Quality & Master Data Specialist to manage,govern, and optimize data across SAP systems with a focus on MRO (Maintenance, Repair& Operations) data, MDO (Master Data Organization), and Content Management. The idealcandidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance acrossall business functions while supporting large-scale data governance, cleansing,enrichment, and migration initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality Management-• Define, implement, and enforce SAP data quality standards, rules, and KPIs.• Monitor data quality dashboards, identify issues, and drive continuousimprovement.• Perform root-cause analysis on data errors and implement corrective/preventiveactions.• Manage data validation, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities.Master Data (MRO/MDO) Management-• Own and maintain master data objects such as Materials, Vendors, Assets, BOMs,Spare Parts, and MRO catalogs.• Lead MRO data standardization and taxonomy creation (UNSPSC, , schema-based classification).• Support data creation, extension, mass updates, and lifecycle management usingSAP MDG/ERP.• Ensure alignment of master data with engineering, procurement, supply chain, andmaintenance teams.• Manage content harmonization across multiple systems (SAP ECC/S4, EAM, PLM,EHS).
