Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling/turning machines (VMC/CNC/MAZAK as applicable).
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD/CAM files, and technical documents.
  • Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
  • Perform machine setup, program testing, and first-piece validation.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production or relevant field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in CNC/VMC programming and operations.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, and tooling.
