Job Description Assist in topographical, alignment, leveling, and construction surveys. Support setting out of center lines, benchmarks, levels, and offsets. Operate Total Station, Auto Level/Dumpy Level, GPS under supervision. Record field measurements and maintain survey data and site records. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily survey needs. Verify levels and alignment as per drawings and specifications. Follow safety norms and quality procedures at site. Willingness to travel and work at sites across India. Requirements Diploma/ITI in Survey or relevant qualification. Basic knowledge of surveying instruments and drawings. Field-oriented, physically fit, and team-oriented. Basic AutoCAD/MS Excel knowledge preferred. Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations. Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
