Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer with expertise in Bricks Builder, ACF Pro, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will develop a fully dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly website that internal teams can easily update without technical expertise. This role is crucial in ensuring the website meets aesthetic, functional, security, scalability, and performance standards.
The candidate will work on-site at our Bengaluru head office until the project's completion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a dynamic WordPress website using Bricks Builder, ensuring ease of content management for non-technical users.

- Ensure the website is responsive, secure, modular, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.

- Implement a robust content management system (CMS) allowing various internal teams (HR, Marketing, Finance) to update content without direct editing via Bricks Builder.

- Achieve Core Web Vitals scores of 90+ for mobile and desktop.

- Implement and customize optimization plugins like WP Rocket to enhance website performance.

- Adhere to the latest industry standards and best practices in web development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to performance, security, and scalability.

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Document the development process and provide training to internal teams on content updates via the WordPress dashboard.

Required Skills and Experience

- Expert-level proficiency in Bricks Builder, ACF Pro, and WordPress development.

- Strong knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and PHP.

- Experience with SCSS for efficient CSS management and responsive website development.

- Ability to build secure, scalable, and maintainable websites.

- Proven success in achieving high Core Web Vitals scores and optimizing website performance.

- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with optimization plugins like WP Rocket.

- Familiarity with Nginx is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- A strong portfolio showcasing experience and expertise in WordPress development, especially with Bricks Builder.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
