TCS is conducting walk-in Drive for Site Reliability Engineers

Experience: 5-7

Location: Pune

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

JAVA Application Troubleshooting, Scripting (Python/Shell/Bash), Unix/Linux, Strong SQL writing experience, concepts with any one or more (Oracle/PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ Cassandra), Shell Scripting, Apache Tomcat Server, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana or Data Dog, Basics of DevOps pipeline creation and maintenance

Good-to-Have

ITIL/TISM Process, Change and Deployment Management, Incident Management

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Responsible for maintaining Production environment and provide SRE Services for Payment Gateway Services application.

2 Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL Process, incident and problem management experience.

3 Triaging and troubleshooting incidents perform root cause analysis post incident remediation, resolving tickets and restoring services as per the SLA.

4 Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident or outages.

5 Keep all stakeholders updated during the incident lifecycle and escalate as required as per the predefined call structures.

6 Have a strong knowledge of Payment system and/or payment application from financial/banking domain.

7 Ready to work in rotational shift model and on-call support during the weekend.
