Job Description
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the CoE's area of expertise and for the assigned Business Orgs as HRBP. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices within the CoE to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts within the CoE, including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning. Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the CoE's area of expertise, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the CoE. Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the CoE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies
The Successful Applicant
MBA in HR / master's degree in HR &IR with Extensive HR experience in CoE area. Manufacturing experience is a MUST Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
