Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2

years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both Direct and

Indirect Taxation, along with a Basic understanding of due diligence processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and rulings

related to both Direct and Indirect Taxes.

2. Working knowledge related to GST, TDS & Income tax.

3. Perform due diligence reviews on tax matters (direct tax & Indirect tax) related to

mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other business transactions.

4. Working knowledge of labour compliance like EPF, ESIC, PT & LWF

5. Working on MS Power Point, MS Excel with advance formulae like V- Lookup,

Pivot Table, H-Lookup, Sumifs, count if etc

6. Prepare and review tax-related documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy

and compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to

address tax-related issues and provide timely solutions.

8. Stay updated on changes in applicable tax laws & regulations,

9. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication,

professionalism, and delivering high-quality service.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or CA dropout.

2. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required with minimum 1-2 years of

relevant experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, preferably in a consulting or

advisory role.

3. Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.


4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

9. Willingness to adapt to changes in tax laws and regulations and continuously

learn and grow in the field of taxation
