RD/IDV - Van Wiring Harness, FM & PPAP team

Job Description for Product Data Management: Mandatory Expertise: �
· Experienced in at least one of the industry wide 3D CAD Design packages with wire harness design routing add-ons (Unigraphics NX, CATIA, etc.)
· Proficiency in NX – Electrical Workbenches, Part and Assembly Design
· Experience within the automotive industry or similar domain experience
· Good Understanding of automotive electrical packaging concept and Electrical/mechanical interfaces
· Automotive market trend knowledge
· Work experience in PDM/PLM tool
Expert in MS Office Suite Good Communication skills – German language proficiency would be an added advantage. Know How of vehicle bill of material and vehicle configurations, Engineering Change WorkflowKnowledge in other electrical & electronic commodities.Knowledge of Change management, variants control & BOM management.Release knowledge of automotive components.Experience in sampling processes and PPAP knowhow.Conversant with Automotive Product Development ProcessGood understanding of overall vehicle design and vehicle development process.Good understanding of vehicle systems and sub systems, assembly processWork experience in PDM/PLM tool Good understanding of Packaging conceptsGood Skills in UG-NX ModellingExpert in MS Office SuiteKnowledge of various Vehicle Regulations & Homologation requirements.Good Communication skills – German language proficiency would be an added advantage.� Software expertise in Unigraphics NX and Teamcenter � Microsoft office skills with good Excel knowledge, power point presentation. Necessary Capabilities: � Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships � Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and actively participate in team events � Effective problem solving and analytical skills � Strong cross team collaboration and organizational skills Main Task Description � Responsible for remote coordination of Design data analysis and change processes � Liaison with Construction/Design engineers to confirm data correctness � Maintain all required documentation in a central repository � To manage risks and issues impacting project deliverables
