Job Requirements and Skills:
As the Admin. Cum Client Relationship Manager for US operations, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in the United States. In addition to client relationship management, you will play a vital role in organizing events, coordinating marketing and PR activities, understanding US city dynamics, and managing back-end operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of marketing and PR strategies, and the ability to navigate complex logistical and operational challenges.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing client accounts and organizing events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to the US as needed and understanding of international travel logistics.
- Familiarity with various US cities and business environments.
- Knowledge of marketing and PR strategies and tactics.
Major responsibilities:
Develop and engage strong relationships with clients in the United States. Preparation of client meeting in collaboration with respective team. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough assessments of various needs including cultural norms, client needs, market conditions, transportation systems, and business environments, to effectively plan and execute client-related activities in US.
- Execute and coordinate the marketing campaigns, which includes arrangements for seminars, conferences, gallery collaboration and networking events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Understand and ensure compliance with prerequisites for events, including permits, venue bookings, catering, audiovisual requirements, and any other considerations.
- Extend invitations to clients for events, managing RSVPs and attendee lists, and providing necessary information and updates to ensure a high level of participation.
- Coordinate gifting initiatives for clients, including selecting appropriate gifts, personalizing messages, brand collaterals, and arranging for timely delivery, to express appreciation and strengthen relationships.
- Manage back-end operations for US-based activities, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support as and when required.
- Coordinate international logistics, including the shipment of collectives, customs clearance, insurance and transportation arrangements.
Education
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
