Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service management role.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree, and it is good to have a Master’s Degree


Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring all procedures are followed for security and safety.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of clinic staff, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and providing performance feedback.
  • Patient Experience: Champion a patient-centric environment. Ensure all patients receive exceptional care and feel comfortable throughout their hair transplant journey.
  • Facilities Management: Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic facilities, coordinating repairs and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic.
  • Attendance & Timeline Management: Monitor staff attendance and schedule adherence to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
