Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing supply chain management. They will also handle inventory control, quality assurance, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Skills in staff management, leadership, and team coordination
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality assurance, and customer service
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
