Key Role:
As the Manager of the department, the candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing our CSR programs, ensuring they align with our company's values and objectives. Maintain long term sustainable relationship with local community, collaborate with stakeholders, and make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve around Quarry site.
Key responsibilities:
1.
CSR Program Implementation : Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects and initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the company's sustainability goals.2.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with external partners, NGOs, government agencies, and local communities/Durbar to foster collaboration and support CSR efforts:
Ensure close liaising and harmonious relationships with the Durbars, local community, people, pressure groups and NGOs to ensure uninterrupted mining operations without any disturbances or threats from the stakeholders.Ensure regular engagements with the respective Durbars leaders, secretary, headman, executive members and conduct one JCCD meeting every quarter with the Durbars of Nongtrai and Shella. Avail Durbar contribution to the CSR projects wherever possible.Track of new legislation/amendments to existing legislation by the local Durbars as well as Autonomous District Council and ensure correct implementation of relevant provisions in the Company.Manage relationship with local community based on the agreement with Durbar and also any services they provide to the Quarry site.s3.
Budget Management : Prepare and manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for various projects and activities.4.
Reporting and Compliance : Monitor CSR performance, prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all CSR-related legal requirements.5.
Employee Engagement : Promote a culture of social responsibility among employees, encouraging volunteerism and engagement in CSR activities.6.
Sustainability Initiatives : Identify opportunities to integrate sustainability practices into the company's operations, contributing to long-term environmental and social goals.7.
Skill Development & Education:
Continuously work on skill and education upgradation of the Host community.8.
Mobilization of Development funds : Will continuously evaluate the use and exposure of development funds from Govt, SPV, and private charities in host community areas and maximize benefits.
Educational Qualification:Master's degree in Social Work from a reputed Institute.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in CSR management or related roles, with a track record of successful project execution.
