As we continue to expand across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, we’re looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our Coimbatore team.Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for upcoming villa and residential projects in and around Coimbatore.- Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation.- Liaise with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.- Negotiate land deals and finalize agreements in line with company objectives.- Maintain updated market intelligence on land availability, pricing trends, and zoning regulations.- Build and manage a strong local network of landowners and intermediaries.Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition (preferably in real estate or infrastructure).- Proven track record of successful land deals in Tamil Nadu.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- In-depth knowledge of local land laws and documentation processes.- Fluency in Tamil and English- Willingness to travel across Coimbatore and nearby districts.
