Job Description We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Data Analyst to uncover actionable insights and   enhance product quality.   Requirements Key Responsibilities   ∙ Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.   ∙ Write efficient MongoDB (NoSQL) queries for data extraction and transformation.   ∙ Automate analysis and reporting using Python (Pandas, NumPy).   ∙ Support product testing by analyzing usage data, spotting anomalies, and validating   findings.   ∙ Manage workflows and data requests through ADO or Jira.   ∙ Build clear dashboards and reports for fast decision-making.   Must-Have Skills   ∙ Strong expertise in data analysis and statistical methods.   ∙ Advanced Excel proficiency.   ∙ Hands-on experience with MongoDB (Studio 3T preferred).   ∙ Solid Python skills for data manipulation (Jupyter Notebook).   ∙ Working knowledge of ADO or Jira.   ∙ Basic understanding of Postman (nice to have).   ∙ Familiarity with data needs for Product Testing and QA.   Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python and C#. Design and implement efficient database structures using MongoDB. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software practices. Integrate third-party APIs and internal services as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django is a plus). Experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core frameworks. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization. Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
