Job Title: HVAC Site Engineer

Location: Sriperumbudur - Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical or equivalent

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and execute HVAC installation and site activities. The role involves handling projects independently, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety requirements, and leading the site team to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance at the project site.
  • Read and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues.
  • Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in handling HVAC site execution (Industrial/Commercial projects).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, and piping.
  • Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures at construction sites.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD preferred.
