Business Development Intern
to help us expand our presence and build long-term success — remotely.


Role Overview

As a
Business Development Intern
, you'll work directly with our core team to help
drive business growth
,
strengthen partnerships
, and
increase profitability
. Though the role is remote,
preference will be given to candidates from Bhilai or Raipur
for occasional venue visits or local tie-ups.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management:
    Source, onboard, and manage vendors (decor, catering, artists, etc.)
  • Vendor Negotiation:
    Help secure better deals and maintain vendor satisfaction
  • Venue Collaboration:
    Research and build relationships with local venues for future bookings
  • Client Meetings & Coordination:
    Attend virtual client meetings, understand their requirements, and build trust
  • Package Creation & Budgeting:
    Develop tailored wedding/event packages that balance creativity and profitability
  • Business Strategy:
    Support the creation of plans to generate leads, increase bookings, and expand in new regions
  • Portfolio & Proposal Development:
    Help create business decks, service brochures, and visual presentations
  • Marketing Support:
    Collaborate with the social media/content team to align offers, campaigns, and strategies
  • Market Research:
    Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities in the wedding industry
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Ensure high-quality communication and client satisfaction from inquiry to post-event


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong interest in
    business development, client service, or event planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiation, follow-ups, and people coordination
  • Basic understanding of
    budgets, pricing, and service packaging
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Google Docs, Excel, Canva, and WhatsApp Business
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage tasks remotely
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Business, Marketing, Event Management
    , or related fields
  • Preferably based in
    Bhilai or Raipur
