Ares Prism Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ares Prism Consultant to join our team. As an Ares Prism Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful Ares Prism implementations and providing expert guidance to our clients in the fields of cost management, engineering management, contracts, change management, estimating, and integration with other key applications. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of completing end-to-end Ares Prism implementations and possess a deep understanding of project management processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Hands-On Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience to provide in-depth knowledge and support for Ares Prism modules including Cost Management, Engineering Management, Contracts, Change Management, and Estimating.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead and execute end-to-end Ares Prism implementations, ensuring successful project delivery from conception to completion.
  • Integration Mastery: Leverage your expertise in using the Ares Prism integrator to seamlessly integrate Ares Prism with other applications such as Primavera P6, Aconex, BIM, Arc-GIS, and SAP.
  • Multiple Implementations: Demonstrate your proficiency by having successfully completed 2 to 3 Ares Prism end-to-end implementations with integration.
  • Funds Management and Reporting: Utilize Ares Prism to manage funds effectively and provide comprehensive reporting solutions to clients.
  • Project Schedule Integration: Collaborate with project teams to integrate project schedules and cost estimates for time-phase budgeting and forecasting.
  • Earned Value Management: Implement and maintain Earned Value Management processes within Ares Prism to ensure accurate project performance measurement.
  • Configurational Expertise: Configure Ares Prism to measure project performance and productivity, tailoring the system to meet client-specific requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Business).
  • Proven experience as an Ares Prism Consultant with a focus on cost management and project controls.
  • Strong technical skills in Ares Prism modules and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in integrating Ares Prism with Primavera P6, Aconex, BIM, Arc-GIS, and SAP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing funds and generating insightful reports.
  • Experience in integrating project schedules and cost estimates.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements, as required.
