Job Specifications :
Total Experience: Atleast 4 Years experience in (in Solar PV Cell Maintenance)
Essential Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
Purpose of the Position :
Incumbent shall be responsible for all Wet Bench Tools used in Solar Cell mfg. related to Maintenance, Operations, Process concerns resolution & Safety.
Requisite skills:
·Good Expertise in Solar Cell Mfg. Maintenance.
· Knowledge and hands-on Maintenance experience of Wet Chemistry equipment's from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc.
·Must have in-depth exposure on Wet Bench Maintenance & its related process defects solutions.
·To carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the Wet bench
·Good interpersonal and communication skills
Role & Responsibilities:
·Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for Maintenance & their revision as per requirement
·Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
·To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.
·To provide training to the customer and to make them educated with the System.
·To educate the customer about the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the system.
·Training & Developing of technical teams
·To provide training to the customer and to make them educated with the System.
·To educate the cell maintenance about preventive and breakdown maintenance of system.
·Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
·Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints
·Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap
·Safety:
Achieve zero safety incidents
Comply with the company’s safety protocols at all times
Participate in projects related to safety improvement
