Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Veeva CRM Configuration Specialist to join our Managed Services Operations team and support a leading life sciences client. The role involves end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and support of the Veeva CRM platform, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align, strong functional knowledge of life sciences commercial operations, and the ability to drive CRM efficiency through configuration and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Veeva CRM applications (document types, objects, lifecycles, workflows, and custom Apex code).
  • Perform data loads, data validation, and metadata management in CRM.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide end-user support, including environment access, configuration snapshots, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Veeva Align with Veeva CRM for accurate territory & account planning.
  • Support UAT, validate workflows, and manage cutover activities.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay current on Veeva CRM/Align releases and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Veeva CRM Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience with Veeva Align integration and configuration
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration & administration
  • Strong understanding of object modeling, lifecycles, workflows, and Apex coding
  • Proficiency in data management, validation, and metadata handling
  • Ability to create operational reports/dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Experience in life sciences commercial operations (preferred)
