Job Title: SAP EWM Technical Consultant

Experience : 6-10 Years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune/Coimbatore (Hybrid)

Type : Full Time

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP EWM developments across multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement custom enhancements using ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and EWM-specific objects.
  • Guide and mentor the team in RF development, SmartForms, and ensure performance-optimized coding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Review code quality, enforce best development practices, and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with junior developers.
  • Own the integration scenarios between EWM and other modules like MM, SD, TM, and external systems via IDoc, RFC, Proxy, etc.
  • Provide expertise in system performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Support the full-cycle implementation process, including blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP EWM.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture, technical objects, and warehouse processes.
  • Hands-on experience with RFUI development , SmartForms, WebDynpro/FPM , and OO ABAP .
  • In-depth understanding of Warehouse Orders/Tasks , queues, and resource/process management within the SAP EWM context.
  • Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA EWM (both embedded and decentralized systems).
  • Strong integration experience with IDoc/ALE , BAPIs , OData services , and Web Services .
  • Solid experience leading development teams , conducting code reviews, and managing project deliveries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 for warehouse-related applications.
  • Familiarity with modern SAP technologies like SAP Cloud Platform , SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics , and SAP Leonardo .
