Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support CoS, MoC, Communication led programs. This role involves managing key initiatives, handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, capturing minutes, and following through on action items. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of business functions, strong relationship management skills, time management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the CoS, MoC, and Communication office in managing Programs and projects.
•Plan, organize, and manage administrative tasks and events.
•Maintain detailed documentation and records of meetings and projects.
•Maintain meeting minutes and ensure follow-through on action items.
•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
•Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams.
•Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations.
•Manage and maintain Annual Program Calendar and Reporting and Monitoring.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make improvements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in planning and executing projects and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
