Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Developer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of our software products.
• Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, ensuring that all aspects of the software are thoroughly evaluated.
• Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability and responsiveness of software applications.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
