Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in B2B and SaaS sales to drive growth in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for domestic and international markets.3. Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions tailored to client pain points and requirements.4. Customize sales pitches to highlight product value.5. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.7. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.8. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless sales execution.9. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in SaaS sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and sustain client relationships.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel as required.
