Regularlyupdateandenhanceprojectprotocolsto alignwith any bylaws or policy amendmentsensuring compliancewith evolvingstandards.

Audits:

Periodicallyverifyunderstandingandalignmentwithpoliciesacross all subprojects ensuring timelyadjustments andconsistentadherence.

FieldSurvey:

Establishrelationshipsbyconductingregularvisitstorelevant o cesproviding updateson projectadvancementsconsistently.

Proactivelyanticipate and address potential policychangestopreventinformation gapsand ensuresmoothoperations.

DataManagement:

Recordingall ministrylevel contactsin theCRM

Inheritingdatafromallthe collectioncenters MRFPRF andrecyclingfacility ona periodicbasis.

Maintainingthedataregardingfacilitiessocialinclusion wasteworkerintegration andother keyprojectupdates.

Keeptrack ofthe latestnumbers andupdates onthe Impactapp.

ProjectManagement/Coordination:

Establishandmaintaineffectivecommunicationchannelswith centralgovernmentstakeholders.

Coordinatecloselywithgovernmentagencies toensure alignment with projectobjectives and compliance withregulatoryrequirements.

Facilitatecollaboration between the project team andgovernmentcounterpartstoachieve sharedgoals andobjectives.

Prepareandsubmitaccurateand timelyreports tocentral governmentauthorities & SZW providing updates onproject progress milestones achieved and anyrelevant compliancematters.

CapacityBuilding:

Enforcethe Swachh Bharat Missions Urban and Ruralframeworksandguidelinesconsistentlyacross theproject.

Evaluatethelevelofprojectunderstanding andwaste managementneeds in government o ces providingsensitive andtechnicaltraining asnecessary.

Effectivelycommunicateidentiedgapsin SwachhBharat Mission (SBM)guidelines and implementation wherevernecessary.

Thisrole iscritical forthe scaleup ofthe projectbeyond thisone supplychain.

DocumentationandReporting:

Periodicreporting ofprojectdeliverables andoutcomes toall theabovementionedstakeholders

Regularreporting to the Project Manager and SeniorProjectManagerregardingkey o cialsof thegovernment.

BusinessDevelopment:

Identifyandtrackrelevantgovernmentschemes andfunds for our project andcompany. Keep the team updated bycontinuouslymonitoringrelevantwebsites.

Research:

Primary&Secondaryresearch onpolicies& rulesrelated towastemanagement.

Analysisofexistingliteratureandresearchinitiatives topinpointspeci cgapsorinadequatelyaddressed areaswithin theresearchsector.

Meetings:

Coordinateand lead effective meetings with internalteamsstakeholdersand privatesector partnersto ensureclearcommunication andcollaboration.

Developmeetingagendasthatalign withproject goalsemphasizing key topics related to privatesector engagementand wastemanagementinitiatives.

Ensuretimely followup on action items discussed inmeetingspromotingaccountabilityandprogressin privatesector engagementprojects.
