Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (3+ years) with proven expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and cloud-based analytics to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions. This role combines advanced analytical capabilities with business intelligence expertise to optimize decision-making, enhance system interoperability, and drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the telecom, IT, networking, and AI domains.
Responsibilities Analyze large datasets (customer, sales, network, and product data) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker .
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align data with organizational goals.
Build predictive models and apply statistical techniques to forecast business outcomes and detect anomalies.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency through validation and cleaning processes.
Contribute to data pipeline optimization, ETL workflows, and cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Translate analytical findings into recommendations to improve customer experience, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in telecom, IT, or related industries).
Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and large-scale datasets.
Clear understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud analytics .
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Exposure to machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, classification, anomaly detection).
Familiarity with network/telecom datasets, IoT, or time-series data .
Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
Knowledge of geospatial data and related tools (QGIS, ArcGIS).
Certification in Data Analytics or BI platforms (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
