Information Technology Project Coordinator

You will:
Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with Technical Teams: Act as a liaison between technical teams in different office locations to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on projects.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
Facilitate Meetings: Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress using project management tools, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
You have:
3+ Years of experience in business analysis, project management, or project coordination, preferably in a technical environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
Solid understanding of software development and web technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, including scope management, timeline development, and resource allocation.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
