Job Description About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior–Mid Level Frontend Developer with strong web fundamentals and hands-on experience in modern frontend development. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to build scalable, high- performance, and visually refined user interfaces using our core stack of Next.js, React, Chakra UI, and TypeScript. You’ll be responsible for implementing SSR, SSG, CSR, and hybrid rendering patterns based on product requirements — ensuring every page is fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly. This role is ideal for someone who understands frontend architecture deeply, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow into a well-rounded product engineer. This role may also be offered on a contractual or freelance basis. Key Responsibilities Develop clean, reusable, and accessible UI components using React, Next.js, and Chakra UI. Implement SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR, and other rendering strategies tailored to product and performance needs. Integrate frontend modules with REST APIs and manage server state using TanStack Query. Write reliable, type-safe, and maintainable code using TypeScript. Optimize applications for speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and fast load times. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate Figma/wireframes into pixel- perfect, responsive UIs. Debug and resolve issues across browsers, devices, and rendering modes. Follow best practices in version control (Git), code quality and modular frontend architecture. Requirements Core Technical Skills   Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript fundamentals. Practical experience with: React (hooks, context, component patterns). Experience with Next.js (routing, data fetching, SSR/SSG/ISR, layouts, metadata). Experience with Chakra UI (theming, responsive design, component composition). Solid knowledge of TanStack Query for server-state management. Clear grasp of rendering patterns — SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR, and prefetching strategies. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design. Experience integrating third-party APIs, handling async logic, and managing API states. Ability to write modular, scalable, and type-safe code. Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to HLS video streaming (e.g., hls.js). Understanding of web performance metrics — TTFB, LCP, CLS, hydration, caching strategies. Familiarity with form libraries (React Hook Form, Formik). Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library). Proficiency with Browser DevTools for performance profiling. Knowledge of accessibility (semantic HTML, ARIA roles). Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel workflows). Soft Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging mindset. Good communication and teamwork across cross-functional setups. Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
